Could have been a lot worse – Mylène Diederichsmeier’s fall without serious consequences

(acm/mps) A sigh of relief amongst the persons responsible at the STUTTGART GERMAN MASTERS, the 19th international riding and show jumping competition, as well as amongst the family and friends of Mylène Diederichsmeier: After a heavy fall in the smart-Cup, the 26-year old female rider is already getting better. After a first examination, the doctors could announce the good news: Although it seemed to be bad, Mylène Diederichsmeier has not suffered any serious injuries, only a few bruises will remind the German champion 2002 of the fall for a couple of days. “We are happy that nothing serious has happened and that Mylène is already feeling better“, said Gotthilf Riexinger, the competition director, who could announce: “Probably, she will be able to ride again tomorrow.” Grono G, the 11-year old Westphalian gelding, did not suffer any injuries from the misfortune either.
